Innovative Pastry and Education space for Jordi Bordas, pastry chef who is revolutionizing the pastry field after becoming World Pastry Champion at Sirha – Lyon in 2011.
Inspired by his work, we have created his new Lab with geometrical rigour and mediterranean vibes.
Neutral and sweet colours, honest tectonics and functionality as a must of design are the language of the space.
